We succeeded in locating and supplying an emergency fire pump in just two days for a customer in the Far East - including
air-freighting the pump to the port where the vessel was berthed.

We also sourced and supplied spares from no fewer than seven different manufacturers (again in just two days) which were urgently needed for a salvage tug working off the south coast of England, in the Channel.

The vessel was towing an oil rig to West Africa at the time. By getting the parts to the tug so quickly, no loss of time or speed were incurred by the owners.
